Q – I’m
confused, how do I know my size is right? I have referred to the online sizing chart,
but I am still not sure!
A – Not to worry! The club will
be holding 2 pop up uniform shops where you can try on sizes. You will not be
able to purchase uniforms at the shop, but you will be able to work out sizing
before ordering online.
The first pop up shop will be
held at the clubs Open Day at the Hilder Rd Netball Courts on Saturday 7th of February from 8am – 11am.
Q – Once
I have ordered how long will it take to receive my uniforms?
A – In order to reduce shipping
costs for families the club is doing a bulk order this year with all stock
being shipped together to the club to be distributed.
There will be 2 order windows.
1. Delivery by 10th March 2026: Orders placed between 1 February and by midnight 22 February.
2. Delivery by 10th April 2026: Orders placed between 23 February and 23 March.
Any orders received online after
the 23rd of March will be shipped directly to the purchaser at an
added expense of $16.50 postage.
Please note that due to stock
limitations any orders made after the 23rd of March will not be guaranteed
to arrive by the 20th of April, therefore we urge families to get in
quick with your orders before the cut-off date!
Q – Will the
online shop be open all year?
A – No. The shop will be open until the end of March for all preseason orders and will then open again
sporadically when new stock items arrive such as Jerseys and winter stock. It
will open once more before the final’s series for any last-minute requirements.
Q - What uniform do I need to order?
A – Players have the choice of 2 options to wear on game day:
Option 1. Gap playing dress with plain black bike shorts and gap socks.
Option 2. Gap playing singlet and Gap playing shorts with gap socks.
A visor is also advisable though not mandatory. These are not available to purchase on the portal however will be available to buy at the pop-up shops on game day.
We have many other optional uniform items including jumpers, jerseys, jackets etc, these are available to all though no required to take the court.

Step 2: If you are unsure of sizing come along to the pop-up
shop on Saturday 7th of February between 8am and 11am to size
yourself up. Once you have sorted your size you can order online.
Step 3: Your hard work is now done, sit at home patiently and
await notification that your order has arrived!
